The Roar begins: A new chapter for me, a new path for founders

I’ve spent my life learning the art of overcoming—not just surviving setbacks, but using them as fuel for growth. Resilience isn’t just a skill, it’s a calling. And I’ve been answering it my whole life. It’s what makes me uniquely equipped to guide founders through their own pivotal moments—helping them find clarity, get decisive, and move forward with courage.

In every founder’s journey, there comes a moment when the whisper inside—the one that’s been nudging, urging, questioning, insisting—gets too loud to ignore. A time when you realize you’re at a crossroads: keep pushing forward the way things have always been done, or step fully into what’s next. For me, that whisper was coming to terms with the fact that the work that was in my heart wasn’t part of the core offering of business I owned and ran for 15 years. It was time for a major pivot. It was time to stop ignoring those whispers. So I sold my company to a good friend, took a year to breathe and found my footing and started to hone my own roar. As I began helping my first clients and experiencing the impact I could have and the joy I could feel, I knew it was time to launch.

I’m not interested in providing advice from a distance. It’s not about one-off deliverables or a strategy deck that gathers dust on your desk. I want to get down in the foxhole with you. Because I’ve been there. This is real, in-the-trenches, let’s-get-this-done kind of action. It’s about giving founders not just a plan, but a partner who understands the weight they carry and the fire that fuels them.

I know what it feels like to be in those pivotal moments. I’ve lived them.

I started my first business at 27 after losing my job in the Great Recession and navigating personal bankruptcy. I’ve had to make impossible decisions, part ways gracefully—with business partners, employees, the past. I’ve led through two decades of challenges, from navigating a high-hopes acquisition that didn’t go as planned to running a business through COVID while being immunocompromised. I’ve scaled a company with a nationally-recognized culture through 10x growth, all while growing a family—three babies, three maternity leaves, and countless lessons in balance, sacrifice, and ambition.

I’ve sat in the founder’s seat. I know the pressure, the responsibility, the late-night “what am I missing?” questions that swirl in your head.

And I want to help you move forward.
